The Junior Scientist & Industry annual meeting (JSIam) is the GIANT Innovation Campus’ must-attend networking event for young researchers (PhD/postdoc) and professionals from industry, consulting and startups.

#1 - A conference on “The PhD as a competitive advantage”
The day will kick off with a conference on “How to turn your PhD into a competitive advantage and get the job that’s right for you”.
#2 - Speed meetings
Two exclusive speed-meeting sessions for exclusive 10-minute exchanges between young researchers and company representatives.
#3 - Individual career coaching
Two individual career coaching sessions are offered to help young researchers with their future job search, whether it be to clarify their career plans, improve and adapt their CV for the industry, provide advice on job interviews, or answer any questions they may have about their career. Led by recruitment specialists and employment support consultants, these personalized coaching sessions help young researchers showcase their experience and skills.
#4 - Stands
The stands provide an informal meeting place for young researchers and company representatives. For young researchers, it’s a chance to talk directly to recruiters, discover opportunities and find out more about the profiles they’re looking for.
#5 - Doctors' Voices
NEW FOR 2026 | “Doctors' Voices” is a special opportunity to meet doctors from a variety of backgrounds, who have come to share their experiences and career paths. Through their testimonials, you will discover the diversity of possible paths after your doctorate.

JSIam offers companies the opportunity to post their job offers, so come and see what offers are available to you!
