Mentoring, which has been in place in North America since the 1970s, allows an experienced person to be matched with someone who wants to develop their skills or progress in a field. The mentor offers support to the mentee in order to transmit his knowledge and give him advice in order to help him progress in his career, complete a project, gain in competence, to surpass himself...
